Hi, my name is Simona!

I come to you as a coach, facilitator and catalyst for growth.

I believe that life is about constant change and transformation; there is no standing still, only moving forward or backward. Leadership is no exception and I am here to accompany you to move forward, as smoothly as possible.

I've been coaching since 2007 and have achieved the highest level of ICF certification as a Master Certified Coach (MCC) and ACTC, placing me among the top 5% of ICF credentialed coaches worldwide. I am also an ICF registered mentor coach and a coach supervisor.

I coach, primarily, senior leaders who are facing challenges or have goals they aspire to achieve. Topics, commonly explored in my coaching sessions, involve navigating power dynamics, shaping organisational structure, managing various transitions, cultivating myriad of relationship with key employees, clients, board members, partners, creating stronger teams and a great workplace, prioritising self-care and addressing midlife challenges.

There are no miracles, it's the consistent work, despite setbacks, that moves my clients forward.
