Quality work can’t be sustained alone, and coaching is no exception!

Every Coach needs a MENTOR, a SUPERVISOR

After so many years of coaching, my understanding of it continues to evolve. For me, this ongoing evolution is a blessing because each coaching session unveils opportunities to unlearn old habits, let go of past approaches, and embrace new possibilities tailored to each client's unique needs. I acknowledge that, for those new to coaching, such fluidity may seems overwhelming.  In the early stages of any endeavour, establishing clear norms, standards, rules and procedures is essential.

As we progress, we transition from strict routines to working more from a state of flow, fine-tuning our approach to each particular situation. Throughout this journey, we're supported by teachers, mentors, and supervisors. If you are a coach pursuing an ICF accreditation or simply seeking mentoring or supervision support to up-level your coaching, I invite you to explore further.

Ways to work together

One-to-One Mentor Coaching

sessions provide personalised feedback and guidance tailored to your unique needs and goals as a coach. These sessions focus on developing your coaching skills and deepening your understanding and application of the ICF Core Competencies.

The main aim is to help you achieve and demonstrate the levels of coaching competency and capability required for your desired credential level in your ICF Performance Evaluation.

Coach Development Intensive Day

offers you the opportunity to practice and sharpen your coaching skills in a group of up to 10 fellow coaches. You’ll learn from each other, engage in peer-to-peer feedback, and benefit from collective insights and experiences. The experience is immersive, with a dynamic agenda that fosters active participation from all attendees.

It's like a playground for coaches, where you'll have the opportunity to practice, explore, experiment, and elevate your coaching skills in a supportive environment.

Coaching Supervision

is integral to our growth as coaches. While mentor coaching focuses on skills and competencies, coaching supervision delves deeper into our effectiveness as coaches and our personal experience in the role.

Supervision is a key element in the action learning cycle that connects the competencies we learn on coach training, with the practice of working with a great variety of clients and client organisations.

Voices of Coaches

  • “Who am I today as a coach is a lot because of Simona. I started the mentoring journey with her before I had my first client and the most important thing I gained was my confidence in me as a coach. I also did some mentoring sessions before each ICF certification and her ability of noticing what is critical to change or improve in the coaching practice helped me invest the change effort where I needed most so I level up. She is an amazing warm and integrative coach and mentor. You can be sure that if she tells you the recording will pass, it will pass :)”

  • “Simona is a coach with a special presence, of an extraordinary quality. I chose her as a mentor on my way to accreditation with ICF due to her extensive experience as a coach and her very structured style. Throughout the process, she rigorously followed the way I apply ICF core competencies in the coaching process, while reflecting on opportunities to improve my practice. She guided me in a subtle and natural way, accompanying me throughout the learning process. I warmly recommend Simona. She is a role model for me, a landmark of professionalism and dedication!”

  • “Simona was my guide and my mentor along my learning journey for becoming a coach even from the start. Her vast experience, candor, flexibility and patience, along with active listening and also showing vulnerability helped me to relate easily and to gain confidence that I can become a better coach. The mentoring sessions with Simona contributed enormously to getting my ACC and later PCC certification by ICF but more than this, to increase my performance as coach”
